JOB DESCRIPTION
Customer Care Specialist
- Support French and English-speaking customers through chat, tickets or phone (depending on the client)
- Provide requested information concerning the product/services
- Work on solving inquiries by following determined communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
You are
the right candidate if you…
- have an excellent command of spoken and written French language
- have a very good command of English language
- are able to work full-time (various shift times available, with a possibility to select shift preferences)
- like to talk to people and help them
- have a reliable and team-oriented way of working
- have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- have a valid work permit, if you’re a foreign national residing in any of the possible work locations listed above
