JOB DESCRIPTION

German + Italian QA Specialist

  • Evaluating customer care specialists’ tickets in German and Italian languages to identify areas for improvement on the agent and market level
  • Giving structured and timely feedback to specialists about the quality of the support they provide and tracking their progress
  • Providing QA insights to the rest of the team to work on closing specialists’ knowledge and skill gaps
  • Continuous learning about customer care ticket/phone handling policies and processes 
  • Discussing and setting performance expectations for customer care quality alongside your Quality Manager and in collaboration with other global QA providers
  • Suggesting procedural and/or process improvements
  • Collaborating with the rest of the team improve the customer care experience

You are
the right candidate if you…

  • have an excellent command of spoken and written German and Italian (both languages required)
  • have a good command of spoken and written English
  • have previous experience working in the customer care industry
  • are able to work full-time
  • are detail-oriented
  • have a reliable and team-oriented way of working
  • have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel
  • have a valid work permit, if you’re a foreign national residing in any of the possible work locations listed above
