RESPONSIBILITIES OF

Customer Care Operations Manager

  • Develop the leadership skills of your customer care team leaders
  • Maintain and improve client satisfaction through coaching, supporting, and developing your teams in a fast-paced environment
  • Communicate daily with your team leaders and review data and KPIs (AHT, CSAT, Service Levels), ensuring they are being met consistently
  • Come up with ways to make each employee reach their best potential, coach, support and develop them
  • Be one of the main points of contact for the client, different departments and other stakeholders

You are
a great fit if you…

  • have experience in an Operations Manager role in customer care
  • are fluent in English (other languages are a bonus, but not a requirement)
  • are determined to achieve the highest level possible of client satisfaction and can plan, lead, and execute needed actions to reach it
  • are a great mentor committed to identifying and supporting development opportunities in each of your teams
  • understand everything data has to say – from forecasting and KPI analysis to budgeting, and can make decisions combining data and in-depth understanding of your teams
  • are an excellent communicator able to articulate yourself in front of various audiences
  • are highly responsible, reliable and organized person with a good track record of meeting and delivering targets
