Responsibilities of

Player Support Specialist

  • be an ambassador of Supercell brand and the first point of contact for the players 
  • engage with Supercell’s players via chat and tickets and provide feedback to the rest of our Supercell team
  • provide exceptional player support by answering questions and helping them resolve any issues they may have
  • comply with the guidelines and procedures in place to achieve high standards of customer service

You are

a great fit if you…. 

  • are native or fluent in Arabic (C1 or above) – classical literary Arabic in spoken and written communication is required, as well as an understanding of Iraqi, Saudi and/or Syrian dialect
  • have an advanced knowledge of English (B2 or above), especially in written language
  • have exceptional writing and multitasking skills
  • have a good knowledge of MS Office tools
  • are motivated, eager to learn more and a team player
  • have an interest in video games and mobile apps or are a gamer yourself (a plus but not a prerequisite)
  • have a general interest in technology
