JOB DESCRIPTION

Tech Support Specialist

  • checking compability between customers’ heating system and client’s devices
  • identifying products within database
  • providing tech support in case the heating system isn’t functioning properly
  • providing general information about our client and their products, ordering and delivering

You are
the right candidate if you…

  • have native or near-native level of Italian language skills in both written and spoken communication (minimum C1 level)
  • have a good command of spoken and written English language (for internal communication and training purposes)
  • have a strong affinity towards technology and troubleshooting
  • previous experience in tech support (a plus, but not a prerequisite)
  • are able to work full-time (various shift times available, with a possibility to select shift preferences)
  • like to talk to people and help them
  • have a reliable and team-oriented way of working
  • have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office tools
