Customer Care Team Leader

  • providing support to your team of customer care specialists
  • providing regular feedback to the specialists and coordinating their work
  • monitoring all the relevant KPIs, planning actions accordingly and contributing to their rise
  • deep diving into the performance results (individually and on a team level) in order to better identify room for improvement
  • participating in meetings with the client
  • daily communication with the client and internal heloo departments
  • preparing and conducting presentations
  • conducting quality evaluations of your team’s work

You are
a great fit if you…

  • have at least a year of working experience in customer care
  • have previous experience in team leader positions in customer care (a plus, but not a prerequisite)
  • have good knowledge and understanding of customer care KPIs (such as CSAT, AHT, etc.)
  • have fluent oral and written German languages skills
  • have good oral and written English language skills
  • have a solid knowledge of Microsoft Office tools and Google Sheets
  • are a person that’s motivated, proactive and eager to learn
  • are eager to learn and support growth of others
  • have great people and communication skills
