JOB DESCRIPTION

Customer Care Specialist

  • Support French and English-speaking customers through chat, tickets or phone (depending on the client)
  • Provide requested information concerning the product/services
  • Work on solving inquiries by following determined communication procedures, guidelines, and policies

You are
the right candidate if you…

  • have an excellent command of spoken and written French language
  • have a very good command of English language
  • are able to work full-time (various shift times available, with a possibility to select shift preferences)
  • like to talk to people and help them
  • have a reliable and team-oriented way of working
  • have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
  • have a valid work permit, if you’re a foreign national residing in any of the possible work locations listed above
