JOB DESCRIPTION
B2B Partner Relations Specialist
- providing support for one of the biggest European online retail platforms, making sure their partners who use their online platform follow all regulations
- requesting and cross-checking the information provided by the partners
- handling email and ticket channels to communicate with the partners
- occasionally communicating with partners via phone, if needed to collect additional data
You are
the right candidate if you…
- have advanced knowledge of both French and English language, with emphasis on great written skills
- are able to work full-time (Mon – Fri, 9:00 – 17:00)
- are reliable and responsible
- have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office and/or G Suite
- have previous experience working in compliance, risk management or anti-fraud support (preferable, but not required)
