RESPONSIBILITIES OF

Customer Care Team Leader

  • Provide mentorship, guidance and career development to members of your team

  • Establish team goals and work on strategies for executing and measuring progress

  • Analyze performance results (individually and on a team level) to identify room for improvement better and implement action plans accordingly

  • Lead your team to build the necessary capabilities and develop more in-depth and/or more scalable solutions

You are
a great fit if you…

  • have experience in the Team Leader role

  • are a native (or fluent) French speaker and have excellent spoken and written English language skills

  •  have a good track record of meeting and delivering targets, and are overall a highly responsible and reliable person

  • are committed to providing continuous feedback and direction to your team to ensure they continually grow and develop

  • approach challenges with an analytical and can-do attitude while keeping strategic goals in mind

  • have pronounced communication and conflict-resolution skills

  • have strong Microsoft Office and Google application skills

  • understand the importance of customer confidentiality
