Customer Care Specialist
- Support Finnish and English-speaking customers of one of the leading marketplaces for professional equipment through email, tickets or phone
- Provide requested information concerning the product/services
- Work on solving inquiries by following determined communication procedures, guidelines, and policies
You are
the right candidate if you…
- have an excellent command of spoken and written of both Finnish and English language
- are able to work full-time
- like to talk to people and help them
- have a reliable and team-oriented way of working
- have a good knowledge of Microsoft Office
- have a valid work permit, if you’re a foreign national residing in any of the possible work locations listed above
